As history pre-dated the National Independence in the Late 40s, there was the Anti-Bribery and Corruption Committee headed then, by the late Dr Nramdi Azikwe of blessed memory and there were other members like Macween, Abubakar Futa, Bishop Kale, and Prince Kadewolu Ajani Adeyemi of blessed memory. The committee was defuncted before Nigerian independence in 1960.
Then, Late Alhaji Prince Kadewolu Kasali Nkanlola Adeyemi Ajani a man of vision, a classical philosopher, a revolutionary humanist, an organizer and champion of the oppressed classes and down-trodden, a tutor per-Excellence, a man who strongly believed in the force of pen or biro not only to confront the oppressive status quo but to subdue them, he single-handedly re-awake the crusade of the three-legged problems of this country. The organization re-awakened on the 25th May 1969. It was then known and addressed as the Anti-Bribery Corruption and Crime Council of Federal Republic of Nigeria (ABC & CC). The first National Life Patron was His Lordship Late Chief Justice G.O.S Sowemimo, the then Chief Justice of the Federation, and the first legal adviser was Late Lawyer Dapo Fafiade.

Among the founder’s confidants in his lifetime were Commissioner of Police Raimi Olaleye (RTD), Elder Raimi Shittu Alarape Iba, Engr. Abdul Ganiyu Olaleye, ALHAJI Chief Tiamiyu Adebayo Ajalaruru, Alhaji Abübakar Futa, Alhaji Chief Abdul Hammed Oladipupo Ogungbade to mention but a few, may their gentle souls rest in perfect peace.
Among his school associate that is living till today is Professor Wande Abimbola, (the Arise of Nigeria and former Vice Chancellor Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife).
